Berlin, 22 October 2026. After more than three years of collaboration Peregrine.ai is becoming part of the YellowFox family. Together, we will further develop intelligent telematics and software solutions for professional fleet management.
Peregrine.ai and YellowFox have been jointly developing a video telematics solution for professional fleet management, utilizing Peregrine.ai’s AI and computer vision solutions. The solution analyzes traffic situations, driving behavior, vehicle surroundings and the vehicle interior in real time. The technology identifies potential hazards and supports drivers with timely alerts, helping fleet operators improve safety for people, vehicles and transported goods. Image-based documentation is also available in the event of an accident.
The Peregrine.ai brand and current technology offering will continue. Nothing will change for its customers and partners and its Berlin office will remain in place.
